black pepper

liquid dish soap

clean bowl

Fill bowl halfway with water. Sprinkle generously with pepper. Add one drop of dish soap.

All the pepper should move quickly off to the sides of the bowl. If you decide to try this more than once, either use another bowl or make sure you rinse all the soap out before trying again. If not all soap has been rinsed out, the pepper will not spread out.
